My Favorite Pinoy Food

Isang 100% Filipino delicacy, its made by first poaching a pigs hind leg and then deep frying just before serving. Without a doubt, it is an amazing combination of textures and flavors, the soft tender meat under the crispy skin has always been juicy and flavorful. Ang crispy pata ay malasa and served with a vinegary dipping sauce. It's crispy, it's tasty, it's fattening, crispy pata is the richest, juiciest, flavor bomb you are likely to come across. It goes so well with garlic rice and any vegetable dish. Yum! Add some fresh (not fried) lumpia in sweet sauce and I'm in heaven--figuratively, not literally, don't eat it everyday or you are bound to have clogged arteries sooner or later.Everytime you eat crispy pata, whether alone or in a large group, you are bound to have sweet delicious memories with it. So try it, indulge, and be in pork heaven.
