I always watched TV reports everyday because news is the best part for me when it comes to television. I saw the news about the Cagayan de Oro flash flood in Carmen area where I used to buy my weekend groceries. I was residing in Cagayan de Oro for a couple of years then and during that time I also experienced flash flood. It was really terrible because you really don't know what to do because all of your surrounding is a mess. People panic from one place to another asking for help. The government people were also puzzled of whats first thing to do for they were shock of the incident. It was one bad experienced of my life which I don't want to happen it again.
