Recession really affects Pinoy overseas workers

We all know that most of the companies worldwide had a recession ongoing. They are trimming down their laborforce to keep the company to operate regularly. Most of my frineds who are working abroad are very much affected. They are forced to resign while some are transferring from one company to another just to continue working in order for them to save more funds when they get here. It is really a tough decision whether a Filipino worker will stay or go back to his/her country because we all know that Philippines even without the recession issue still has a little chance of getting a good job than working abroad. Laborforce here is greater in numbers than the company who needs a laborer. As a result, it is always a deficiency on the part of the workers or shall we say the applicants at present. It is still a great factor if Pinoys can work abroad because even if your salary is smaller than what is due for you, it is still a big help to his or her family in the philippines who is spending in peso.
