Healthy diet is what we are aiming now. Everytime we go to the mall and buy some foods, we see to it that we choose the right food that will give the right nutrient for our body. We don't buy food that is full of fat content. In the wet section, I only buy chicken but we prepare it the unusual way. We get all the chicken skin and put to waste because chicken skin is full of cholesterol. It is not good to the health because cholesterols may clogged in the blood vessels that will hinder the smooth blood circulation. Vegetable and fruits is also important to our body. If you want to stay fit and healthy go for the right food and stop eating fatty foods and junk foods.
