Poinsettias are now available in Davao City

This afternoon, I visited several ornamental gardens at the the Tiangge located infront of the SM City Davao. Since Christmas is fast approaching there were a lot of Poinsettias available for sale particularly in the Puentespina Orchid garden outlet. There were different colors available Red, Ivory, White, and a little bit of orange. All poinsettias were very much attractive. I asked one of the attendants of that store who sells poinsettias that why this kind of plant flushes flowers only in the month of December and she answered me straightly that "I myself didn't know why it flushes flowers during Christmas season.
