Blood circulation is really important in our body system. It keeps metabolism flow in every part of our body. They are responsible of sending nutrients from on place to another through blood vessels that serves as their channels. Diabetic patients has a poor blood circulation that is why some of their body parts is not reached due to clogged up blood veins. as a result, parts of the body that is not reached will cause gangrene and will end up to amputation. Most of the diabetic patients experienced numbness in their hands and feet. This is the part where most of the blood clogs up. They are advised to do regular exercise particularly on their feet and there is also a thing that is made for that. It is a wooden material that will be placed under your feet. You just move your feet back and forth in order to circulate your blood. Diabetic patients find it so effective because they feel so relaxing. I tried myself even if I am not a diabetic person and it is really good.
