How hard to live in the Philippines

Comfort is what all we need to live. Most of the families here work to earn a living. Some are doing business and some are working as a plain employee. If your lucky enough working in a big multinational company you are well compensated and will be excluded from the problems that most of the Filipinos are experiencing right now. Majority of the Philippine population belongs to the poor categories. We hear news from the television and some print media that Filipinos eat meals three times a day cooking instant noodles as their food. They cook noodles for the whole family because this thing is the most affordable item in the market but has less nutrient. But since the economy of the Philippines goes down again, the Filipinos who are eating three times a day are now eating two times a day skipping the breakfast meal for most of the below average families can no longer afford the daily cost of living. Philippines is experiencing inflation rates right now where all prices of prime commodities are affected such as sugar, egg, noodles, and most specially to rice. Here in Mindanao, the price of rice is now ranging from 40 to 50 pesos a kilo and the gasoline price here is almost 55 per liter. What happened to our nation right now, where are the bright people in the government who always promised during political elections that they will make the economy in good condition. To tell you honestly, since I was born here in this country, I never experienced deflation rates on the price of goods and services. it is always a price increase of every products. I always saw strikers on the streets giving flyer's about negative write ups and wrong doings of the government so that the citizens will be aware of what they are doing but still there are no changes made. You can see right now, people are falling in line to the NFA market outlet just to buy a 2 kilos of rice. In the regional areas in Mindanao, most of the people here are just earning a 150 to 200 pesos a day so what can you expect to buy with this amount. You can never provide your family a quality food to eat because you can't afford to buy the items. There is a lot of hearsay in the society that I think will go through saying that the price of rice will reach to its maximum level of 60 and the price of gasoline will reach to 75 per liter. Before this thing will happen, I hope I can move on another place and migrate somewhere else.
