I love coffee in the morning but I go easy on caffeine

For many individuals, getting by without a fresh cup of coffee or soft drink every few hours is rough. Caffeine in the amount found in tea, coffee and cola is not harmful, but moderation is still important. Keep your caffeine level fairly consistent, which means you should avoid large amount of caffeine at one particular time. Caffeine should not be used as a drug. it is a stimulant. If you need that kind of stimulant, ask yourself why. If you aren't getting enough sleep, that is what you need to work on.

Many soft drinks contain phosphoric acid, which increases your need for calcium. Balance your intake with calcium rich foods such as cottage cheese, frozen yogurt or low fat cheese. Chocolate milk, which has all the benefits of milk and only a bit more sugar is a good alternative. Calcium intake is an investment in the future. Both men and women get fractured bones when they get older so it is better to start giving yourself a healthy calcium intake because this is something putting in the bone bank. Health is considered as our wealth so let us give a healthy intake to keep our body fit and strong.
