I started the day with my favorite Filipino delicacy named Bitsu-bitsu and a cup of Cappuccino. I really love the taste of this native delicacy because it is very sweet and tasty. Back on the old days when my Lola is still capable of doing all the household chores, she used to buy this kind of food in the Bankerohan market that is located a few kilometers away from our home. I remember then, that I keep on waiting of her in front of the door every morning to have my favorite delicacy. Bitsu-bitsu is made up of rice, a different type of glutinous rice named "PILIT" a native word for that rice. All Filipinos know this kind of food for it is very common in the market. so, if you have the chance to travel Philippines, don't forget to try a bite of my favorite bitsu-bitsu. I am pretty sure you'll love the taste.
