I have prepared two different grilled chicken legs and one of it is the fresh chicken citrus-marinated and flame-grilled, like El Pollo Loco. I blinfolded my brother Teebob and let him choose the best taste of a flame grilled chicken. He chose the flame grilled citrus marinated ElPolo Loco because he said the taste is so perfect for a grilled chicken. There's nothing can beat the taste of that fresh chicken. It is really yummy.
