It's Lyhras Big day.

I woke up as early as 4 o'clock in the morning including my wife Lyhra. We heard a group of people singing with guitar as their accompaniment just before our window view. They serenade Lyhra for today is here 34Th birthday. The group is headed by Junilex Tipan, a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church Choir, who happens to be our household helper. We were surprised, including my daughter Keisha Nicole for we didn't know that they were preparing and organizing that plan including my mom secretly.

The group consist of almost 15 persons. They sang very well and shared some biblical thoughts. They presented a short programme for the celebrant and individually made a wish. it is a good feeling that someone whom you don't know personally is sharing biblical words and serenading us with godly songs.

October 15 is a special day for her. Today, We prepare roasted turkey, cakes, ice cream and bought some drinks. We celebrate her 34Th birthday in a simple way. Lyhra (my wife) told me that this is the only birthday the she experienced a "Manyanita".
