Newly painted house

My parents house is now painted and it is almost finished. I really like the colors and the blending color results. It is not a new house but I can say that this type of color is really fit for a what we called ancestral house. It has a 180 square meter floor area and a 2105 square meters lot area. it is quite huge and spacious. during those times my parents bought this property on a monthly basis and since the property then was affordable they got a 5 lot property. Right now, properties everywhere are very expensive that's why most of the real estate developers offer a 25 year mode of payment for the clients to be able to reach the total cost of the price.
