I have been into collecting items that interest's me. I was into collecting old cars for I found it so amusing until it came to a point that storing them in my garage was a menace. It turned out to be a storage of old metals. So I decided to deviate my hobby of collecting cars to rare coins
It was good and very rewarding, good in the sense that I don't have to have my garage to store them and rewarding for it demands a high price. Aside from the fact that my hobby is satisfied it brings good investment and income to my part. As they say hobby is contagious even my eleven year old son is collecting coins.

I am very much excited on my new internet business and this time it will be operated here in my town in Davao unlike before that is in Panabo city. My newly painted house

I really love the color of my newly painted house. It is not the regular paint that you can buy immediately on different ha rdwares but I made it all by myself. I mixed the tinting colors to blend with the nature and my surroundings. Choosing the right color to your house is very important because if you have chosen the wrong one it can add to your expenses which is paying the wrong materials to your cost. It is just timely to make decisions in buying new appliances for the Holidays, I am planning to buy a brand new diret tv this coming December for my television set is broken. My daughter Keisha is one of the participants of the PWC 2009 sportfest and she will be cheering tomorrow with pompoms in the pavilion area and she is so excited to perform tomorrow. Parents and grandparents are all invited in the said school sportsfest. Her teacher was requiring her to make an orange pompoms that's why after I got home I immediately made her an orange pompoms. I've got a wheelbarrow!!!

I bought a new pair of tires I mean bicycle tires for my newly assembled wheelbarrow. Gardening really needs this kind of tool for easy handling. Now a days, there are a lot of wheelbarrow available in the market but most of them have poor quality with a single tire infront of its case. Using a single tire wheelbarrow is not comfortable because all of its weight will go to the users and not to the unit alone so what I did was I assembled a 2 tire wheelbarrow and it is very handy and very comfortable because all of its weight will fall under the wheels and not on the user.

I've got a Christmas tree in my house

We went to the mall this evening to spend family day and while we were at the second floor in the mall, we noticed that there were a lot of Christmas decors and Christmas trees on sale. tried to scrutinized and compared each item very well because my wife wanted to buy one the Shasta type of Christmas trees. We bought one, a four feet height just enough for the corner free space. This is one of her dreams to own one Christmas tree. Actually, she wanted to buy Christmas tree 5 years ago but since we were always out of budget we always ended up going home buying nothing due to financial shortages but right now I can say that she was so happy installing and beautifying the newly bought Christmas tree from the mall. The whole family really felt the Christmas on this coming December.

The green thumb

I have delivered already some of the plants here in my house to Maligaya garden. Those plants need rehabilitation for they are not well cared due to busy schedules and most of the time we are in the garden site to water our plants but this time i am sure that they will received proper feeding and care. i hope that for a month they will be healthy again.

Doing my job on my own

I am very busy this week because I do some repainting job on my house personally. I also install some down spouts to avoid water spills in the lanai area. My sidekick named Richard is not with me because he has something to do a renovation project also to his in laws that's why I am doing all the job. The painting job was already done this day and tomorrow will be a new task. I just hope that I can finished it by this coming Monday because this coming Tuesday I am doing again the installation of the computer boxes and the wiring's for gaming business. The green gate of my moms house is now repainted on ivory color with dark color on its columns. It is now more emphasize and more neat than the green gate before. I can say that it is more acceptable. the above video is the actual video of my moms repainted gate.

A few days ago, I designed a landscape plan using one of the landscaping softwares that I myself downloaded. At first it is so difficult to execute since I still have to study first its function and navigation of the said software but after several days of practice I discovered different techniques and became easy for me to plan and after my landscape design was finished I submitted it to the client and luckily it was accepted. It was a two weeks work project and I can say that I did my best because the client was so happy of the result. I would like to show some of my pictures taken during the construction and the final result of the project. The above pictures is the actual result of the plan.

The shocking green gate

My moms house is painted in green. Green is an acceptable color for me but it is not good if it too strong for the concrete gate. Most of the architech and engineers prefer pastel colors and not heavy colors as what my mom chose. I have been to different big class subdivisions in town and also in Manila since I was once a property consultant then but I have not seen any hard colors on their walls, all of them are painted in pastel colors to have a good effect on the eyesight. I would like to show the result of the painted wall on my moms concrete gate. It is painted in dark green but It is already decided to repaint it to another color that is acceptable for everybody.

Newly painted house

My parents house is now painted and it is almost finished. I really like the colors and the blending color results. It is not a new house but I can say that this type of color is really fit for a what we called ancestral house. It has a 180 square meter floor area and a 2105 square meters lot area. it is quite huge and spacious. during those times my parents bought this property on a monthly basis and since the property then was affordable they got a 5 lot property. Right now, properties everywhere are very expensive that's why most of the real estate developers offer a 25 year mode of payment for the clients to be able to reach the total cost of the price.

Fixing one of the computer units in the internet cafe

Today is Sunday and it is a family day. It is time to give quality time to my family and the rest is for the pending jobs to do. I still have plenty of jobs to perform and I am working it this afternoon particularly on the computer wiring trouble shooting. One of the computer units that the group installed and manages in Panabo failed to run that's why I am fixing it. I have been trouble shooting this unit for three consecutive days already, as a matter of fact i already bought the items needed and replaced it but it still don't work. I think it has a problem on its coin slot and timer device because the digital numbers showed irregular start ups and the coin slot doesn't determines its sensor capability causing the peso coin invisible and as a result it won't give a power to its relay down to its monitor side. I hope and pray that this time I can fix it back to its normal functions.

Super typhoon is fast approaching into Philippines

I was watching Television reports yesterday about the approaching of the said super typhoon Peping and people were panicking. They rushed to the groceries and super markets to buy grocery items in preparation of the super typhoon. People were already afraid of what Typhoon Ondoy made damaged to properties and lives a few days ago, they were not yet ready and they were still in shock of the tragedy and here comes another typhoon again to hit the Philippine area of responsibility. Let us all pray that this super typhoon Peping will change its trajectory path as what the weather reports said.

We all know that typhoon Ondoy really devastated metro manila area and other neighboring cities particularly in Rizal, Malabon, Pateros, Pasig, Paranaque, Quezon city. People right now don't know where to start and build their lives again because their houses were covered with heavy mud while some houses were swept away due to strong current of flood. These affected families where just relying on the government and non- government organizations help assistance. All of the affected families where still not ready and shock about the event brought about by the killer typhoon Ondoy. The Filipinos right now are once again facing another big typhoon that is expected to hit the Philippine area of responsibility this coming Saturday at 5 pm as reported by the Pag-asa weather station.
