Global financial crisis and the Philippine government

It was said on the report that this global financial crisis that the whole world is much affected will continue until eight years. The united States if America prepared now a days for the worst scenario. They put more focus on health care and health insurance and education to all the Americans because they were the biggest numbers of citizens who doesn't proceed to college due to expensive education tuition fees. The new president Barrack H. Obama said on his previous congress address that provides a quality education at a lesser cost. I really admire the way they see and anticipate the given problem, they make actions immediately and fight for the existing economic problem. they don't point on fingers to any agencies and keep the blame on it for they work what they are assigned to do so. unlike the Philippine government that in every issue that arises, people from the government conducts an investigation but most of the prospects or concerned people and agencies will just fade away and no one will be put in jail. but if the accused is just a plain or ordinary citizen, they can be easily in jail. there is a big difference between an accused who belongs to the elite class and to the accused who belongs in poor society. I just hope that one day the Philippine society and its government system will be fair in everything they do.
