I love to cook and experiment things in the kitchen

I am not a good cook but I am trying to leann some nice recipes from my moms' old recipe book. I am just looking for the easiest recipe so that it is so easy to prepare and has an easy to find ingredients. I love fish and I am trying to cook a steamed salmon which my friends Peth from Thailand was teaching me a few weeks ago. I just hope that I can follow all the directions properly and in order to have a perfect dish.
