Maligaya gardeners of Davao have settled their differences with the homeowners association

This evening, the Maligaya gardeners together with the new gardeners that is occupying the front portion of the Maligaya subdivision for business purposes were gathered together in Apung Kula restaurant in Rizal street together with the board and homeowners of the said subdivision to settle once and for all the issues regarding the revocation of business permits because of one complainant Engineer Alfredo "Jet" Grandeza. Both parties have agreed to meet on the said place for one common purpose to settle the issues and witnessed the signing of the retraction document in order for the business bureau of Davao to withdraw also the case filed to the gardeners who were involved. At first, both parties explained their side. Attorney Marcus Chua legal defendant of the gardeners made an affidavit for Mr. Grandeza to signed. It is a document where both parties will benefit. It states their that Maligaya gardeners will abide the rules and regulations imposed by the association as long as it is reasonable and the complainant will no longer testify in court against the Maligaya gardeners. Some of the members of the board expresses their sentiments and feelings toward the issues concerned, on the other hand, the Maligaya gardeners were willing enough to abide the rule so that differences and other future misunderstanding can be stop. Both legal parties have agreed to settle it but in the middle part of conference it sounds negatively because I heard that the legal council of the Maligaya homeowners Attorney Castro suggested to have another conference because the Maligaya officers still needs to revised the provisions made in the affidavit. Based on my own opinion as I have observed there were only one reason that the president wanted to imposed and that is every gardeners wanted him to be an associate members of the association and will pay monthly dues of 50 pesos a month. This is not a difficult task to follow for the gardeners as a matter of fact, they were very much willing to join the association and abide its rules and regulations. A lady from the association voice out and expresses her feelings to the president and said "why not sign the (MOA) memorandum of Agreement because they were willing to follow the association rules so that we can put an end to this thing" so to make the story short Mr. Grandeza together with his officers signed the documents and the gardeners were very happy of the said acts. After the signing of the documents both parties have a toast of a red wine ( Carlo Rossi) and sang a beautiful Christamas song.
