Making a Durian Float for a dessert

A member of the family brought some Durian fruits freshly picked from the farm. Durian fruit is high in protein and cholesterol. We decided to make a Durian float for a dessert. I bought all the ingredients needed namely sugar, Nestle cream, evaporated milk, crashed powdered graham biscuits. I combined all the ingredients plus the Durian pulp excluding the graham powder in the blender and blend it for a couple of minutes. I arranged alternately in a small pan and top it with graham chocolate powder. After the arrangement is done I immediately put inside the fridge. After a day, the Durian float is now ready to be serve.
