Yesterday, I dismantle the front wiper cover of my van to give way for the under plastic aircon vents. I remove the under plastic vents because the three clips out of 4 were broke due to loose screw bolts. I prepared my Non-sag marine epoxy to install a fabricated screw holder. I use some flat aluminum materials, plastic S3 clip holders, and bolts and screws. When the epoxy was already dried, I begun to reinstall it back again and have it painted with RJ Black spray paint. You cant recognize now after the job is done whether this thing is brand new or not because you will see a brand new plastic cover. The picture above will show you the installed plastic cover and the materials used.
